Springbok Information Systems

I had to give my external hard drive to be fixed. After about a month of asking what is going on he said that he had to give it off to someone else to try to recover the information from the hard drive. After another 2 weeks of phoning, he said they were about 80% finished and I must give them another few weeks. After phoning him several times he eventually gave it back and said he could not fix it. He then said as he could not fix he would refund our money. Again a wait and each week he said at the end of the week. Eventually after phoning and sending several WhatsApp messages he told my husband to come to the shop and he would give us the refund. The whole experience was very frustrating.
