They will take back thier losses
when you win they take away any bonusse and when after a year regularly depending without any wins i asked and it comes down to you will not win again so i see they try to get back the money they payed to you. Sneaky and vague short answers or put you back to chatbot

RUDE client service consultant delayed payouts
The Casino is really nice I have been playing on and off for many years. The problem is payouts and the way issues are dealt with and how you are spoken to. My payout was due today only to be told the dond do payouts over weekends but if its ready today i wil get it today if not its Monday......
