RUDE, PATHETIC & IMPATIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SPRING SOFT IT

Spring Soft IT owned by Shahoriar Shaun, an IT development Company develops very beautiful useless platforms that hardly works, and to top it all, they have an extremely pathetic customer service which has cold, rude and arrogant attitude. I submitted a query on 01 November 2022 and requested for assistance on the platform they development, until today, the 26 November 2022 I have not been assisted, instead they accessed my server and messed up with my entire site and disappeared with no communication. I submitted a ticket few weeks later and I was confronted by an angry impatient person who told he has no time for me.. 99% of their customers are unhappy and that is very evident from their forum. If they dont fix their attitude, they will lose face. If you can, run as far away from them as possible and save yourself a huge headache and a risk of losing your own reputation due to their pathetic platforms.
