springmeadow pathetic service

About a month back I have purchased springmeadow milk and when i brought it home to use it was smelling bad and wasnt expired.ive sent all the details to springmeadow and they rep**** by telling me that i must give them my banking details to refund me on the milk.i think that is ridiculous coz my bank charges are more than the milk price.they were so rude and said its there policy to refund as eft.how stupid coz they eft 28rands what about bank charges its a loss to me.i will not be buying any springmeadow products ever again and will post on social media about the pathetic response.theres no gratitude even or courtesy
