Fresh cream within expiry date is sour

We purchased 4 x 500ml fresh cream from the spar at Port Edward. All bottles were within the expiry date. When opened., all 4 bottles were sour. This is absolutely unacceptable. We would like a refund for this. Please ensure that stock at shops are good especially during peak times
