Cup Yoghurt complaint unattended to

I purchased 5 cups of the Spring meadow Yoghurt. Upon opening it, it was very weak. It was watered down a lot. It was unlike the other cups I had purchased previously. I then phoned Spring meadows and was assured that I will get a refund. It has been 3 months since and I am still trying to get my refund.They did not even send someone to check the complaint either as I had retained the cups for examination.I had spoken to Nandi & Qham who promised me my refund which I have not received till date.. They can keep their business as I will not be supporting their Products..
