****mers. ****s. Unprofessional. Dangerous. We gave them permission to get quotes for finance on our behalf. They altered information and sent wrong information to the financial institutions . The cars price is R160K .They submitted a R200k request to the bank. They further submitted false information to the bank without consent and we found out through the bank.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with Spreeline Motors. We understand that transparency and clear communication are paramount when making such significant purchases, and it seems we fell short in your case.
The price difference you mentioned was due to mandatory inclusions but not compulsory to accept when presented with the outcome from the relevant financial institutions.
The fees include on-the-road costs, scratch and dent cover, tyre and rim cover a warranty, payment protection, shortfall cover and a host of other value added products, too many to mention but not compulsory and could be removed should you have opted not to take any of it.
The approach once approved was to inform you of the products above, what the instalment would be if you chose to accept any or one or two, what the instalment would be, and if you chose not to accept, what those differences would be from an instalment perspective in order to make an informed decision on the way forward.
Should the value added products not been in the budget and declined by yourself, it would be aligned with the Record Of Advice the finance team would have completed from a compliance aspect indicating that it was offered and then rejected however, due to a delay in the communication this unfortunately did not take place of which we humbly apologize for you feeling aggrieved.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our processes and ensure a better experience for all our clients.
