Bad service

After I took the car I purchased at spreeline back to them to have a look at the brakes they had taken a look and said that they fixed it, but on the contrary the problem just got worse.

When I wanted to take the car to someone else they were looking for the lock nut key to remove the tyres, and to my suprise there was no lock nut key. I then proceeded to ask the employees at spreeline whether they had forgotten to put the key back as they were the only people to have worked on my car until this moment.

They had then said this could not have been their fault and accused me of giving my car to other people to drive and that someone had taken it from my car. They did not even attempt to investigate it properly just kept blaming me for the lock nut key that is not there.

The situation was handled very poorly in my opinion and this is not the best way to assist people that support your business.

The staff at spreeline are more interested in the sale and will sweet talk you where everything seems too good to be true, and once the sale is made they do not worry about you anymore and there is no support if there are any issues.
