Zero response from customer service

Delivery was expected on the date specified "by the latest". The delivery did not happen and subsequently, has still not been delivered 5 days later. There have been ZERO responses via the customer service email for 5 days now, and upon calling the agents directly, they have not delivered on providing any feedback about the process of finding the order nor have bothered to reply to the emails. The previous time ordering from spree resulted in a refund that took over a month to process. The service has been disappointing with every interaction
