Your service sucks

<p>My last experience with SPREE was a nightmare. I've ordered a party dress and shoes from them that were matching beautifully around the 18th October 2016. They sent me the wrong colour shoe which I've reported and they collected on the 21st Oct. I am still waiting for my storecredit which I was promised to receive immediately on the 26th Oct. Today is the 3rd November and i'm told again it might happen today.</p> <p> </p> <p>this was your error. please sort it out.</p>
