you don't deliver when you say you will

I ordered something from Spree on Sunday and its Friday I still have not gotten it. I called Spree Friday at 8am and they called Fedex and were told it would be delivered to me today. I then called Fedex and Fedex said they didn't have the package and that it would not be delivered today. They said I can only expect it on the 14th. Your website promises delivery within 2 - 4 days. According the consumer protection act one is not allowed to misrepresent themselves when they advertise. This is what you have done which means I am entitled to compensation. I will never buy from you again if the delivery system is this bad!!!! order number ***
