www.spree.co.za a terrible online shopping experience

This online shop is a absolute joke.....they say quick service and money back if not happy with purchase within 30 days. Well their phones don’t get answered and as for emails I have sent 12 and all I get is a computer generated reply saying and agent will contact me shortly. Well no one contacts you back. All I want is my refund!
