Been calling this call centre 5 x in a row with no answer . On the line as I'm typing this. Placed an order paid for it via EFT, sent POP , did not receive acknowledgement of receipt . Now, this makes me nervous. I might be a bit impatient since this was done 4 days ago already , but it would have been nice to have some reassurance , which btw I am not getting via e-mail or telephonically. You have a great thing going but maybe just sharpen up on the front lines. The telephone is so important to a business such as yours. please just send my shoes I will send the POP 1000 x if you need me to . At the very least PICK UP THE PHONE!...7th time on the line now
