wrong size and no returns

Ordered a pair of shoes from Spree. Firstly I ordered shoes on the 24.07.2017 received shoes on 26.07.2017, shoe size delivered was wrong. i did a return the same day and kept receiving sms's that the shoes would be fetched by me. shoes were never fetched, call into call center advising that my shoes were packaged wrong and the fault was by spree. all the call center agent did was apologize and did not even try to assist me with resolving the matter. it is 1 month ans 2 weeks later and i am still waiting for my shoes to be returned

very disappointed in spree and never want to purchase any good from them. bad customer service i tell you.
