wrong parcel collected by courier

so I had 2 refund requests. 1 for superbalist and 1 for Spree. To make a long story short. When couriers collected from me the 15/12 I asked who they collecting for if it was Superbalist & the guy said yes. Anyway not too make a long story again, they were actually collecting for Spree. only got an email yest. from Spree to say that my parcel is there & I have to make my own arrangements to collect parcel or pay them R100 to have it delivered back to me and if I don't collect it by the 13th they will donate to charity. I feel as this was a honest mistake on both sides, can Spree not drop off my superbalist box then collect the correct box from me?? Does that not make sense. And I'm still waiting to hear back from Spree
