Wrong item delivered, now an issue to exchange or refund

Spree is the worse online shopping I have never came accros. Delivered wrong size of shoe I ordered, called them to take it back, which they did but it's been almost a month now and they still not coming back to me with the correct size or the refund. Each time I am sending an email no one replies and when I do call, they put me through a stupid music and ads for more than 30 mins. So I am the one paying for your mistakes. That's very disappointing. You need to get a life really. And Oh, by the way I rate u 0 out of 5
