Wrong Item Delivered !!!

Levi's T-shirt that I ordered was not the one that was delivered . I ordered a Graphic printed Tee white however a house mark graphic Tee was delivered. how is that even possible? If the size that I required was no longer available , why was that not communicated with me prior to sending the wrong item?
