Wrong Delivery
My first order from [URL Removed] and my last. I requested home delivery but by choosing the wrong postal code on the list it has gone to to Post Office ONE place I dont want my parcel to go to!! After putting in a query the attitude is just to bad nothing we can do! Surely if you tick STREET DELIVERY and you choose the wrong postal code a error message should come up and it does not go to the Post Office???? I am very dissapointed in the service.

Our apologies for your frustration.
The postal code determines door to door or postal deliveries and is highlighted in red when selecting the postal code.
We however cannot change the delivery option when the parcel is already dispatched, as this is with the post office.
We will be in touch to advise the way forward.
