Worst service ever

I ordered products for the first time online. Everyone said that this was a great site. I ordered on the 14th of October, they delivered within 5 days but one product didn't fit. I requested a return but they only collected the shoes on the 3rd of November. I paid R600 for shoes and was without shoes and they took three weeks to collect. My size was sold out but they finally had it in stock so I asked that they deliver the correct size. I placed the new order on the 6th and they delivered in the 10th but the shoe size is a 3 even though the box says a 6. So once again I don't have shoes. I have called them 6 times to complain. I am furious. I paid for a product and once again a month later I am still without shoes. Worst expect ever shopping online and I will never use Spree again!!!
