Worst Service Ever

<p>I ordered a dress from spree, delivery was done on the same day. I was over the moon, couldn't believe that they are so good. Well my experience was short lived, i took out the dress material was not what it looked like on the catalogue and the dress was too big. So i decided to return the dress to spree. i logged a request for the dress to be picked up on the 5th October, today it is the 21st and i am still waiting for them to take the dress and refund me. Each time they promise it will be done today, i am stuck at home because i am waiting for them but they are not coming. every time they claim the courier could not get hold of me. I do not have any missed calls. I spoke to Zandi and Justin, and a few other people they all make empty promises. I will never emcourage anybody to buy from spree, this was my 1st and it is the last time.</p>
