Worst Online shopping experience!!!

<p>I recently purchased a pair of jeans, evidently Spree doesn't check their sizes as I bought one size bigger just to be safe yet that didn't fit either. I requested a return two weeks ago, I have not heard anything further and my return on the website is logged as "awaiting collection". Where exactly is the couier based? Mars? This is frustrating as when it comes to purchasing, everything is done ASAP, returning something means you have to beg and cry for your money back!</p> <p> </p> <p>Take a page from the Takealot handbook on reverse logistics, your service is pathetic.</p>
