worst online company EVER

I am an avid online shopper both locally and internationally. Recently I decided to do some shopping with spree as they seemrenowned. I bought from them a few times. Orders placed with one item are efficient. On 2 occasions a bigger order was placed. 1st order was returned. Instead collecting within 2-4days it was collected after 3 weeks. 2nd order took 2 weeks to come, returned goods were picked up after 2 weeks even though the matter was escalated FIVE times with no luck. The refund I'm still waiting for. The whole process has taken over a month with ONE order. The call centre agents never return your call and emails are never sent as promised. I decided that even if you guys are giving things away for free I will NEVER shop with spree again!!!
