WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

on Sunday 22.03.2015 I placed 2 orders with [URL Removed] On previous occasions items were delivered within 2/3 days. On Thursday 26.03.2015 I called to find out what was going on as I did not receive anything as yet and I was told that my parcels were sent through the post office and not the courier as intended. I was told that this is because the couriers don't service the area I requested that the items should be delivered. Strange as the address I gave is in the CBD, I was also told that they do service the residential areas. STRANGE. You don't deliver to business addresses but on home addresses. VERY STRANGE. On Friday 27.03.2015 I received 1 parcel and was told that it is still in Witbank because the post office does not service Standerton on a regular basis. If it was sent with the courier there would have not been any issues. It is now Tuesday 31.03.2015 and the parcel is STILL in Witbank. This is pathetic. Spree got their money but they failed to deliver my items. It was a birthday gift that I was supposed to give to a friend on Sunday and I am looking like an ass. I AM VERY UPSET and I will never use [URL Removed] ever again!!!
