Worst Customer service I have ever received. Items have not been delivered for a whole month and Spree doesn't even know where the parcel is!!!!

I ordered 6 items from Spree on the 21Dec 2017. The parcel should have been delivered by the 9th of Jan 2018. On the 10th January I phoned Spree about the parcel. They said it was out for delivery in the next few days. I only received it by the 17th Jan and only 2 of the 6 items. Now I have to phone and email Spree everyday to find out where my other items is. They have the same excuse every day. Please phone back in 2 days so that we can investigate. It's been 12 days since I first informed Spree about this matter and this is the level of service I receive. I phoned them again today and asked them to please phone me back regarding this matter. They promised to get back to me within the hour but they never did. It's pathetic and I will never make use of their service again!
