Worst customer service and communication

Been waiting for Spree to collect a parcel for return for almost a month now order no ********** 84 ,wrong sized items were delivered .They don’t communicate and when I call the call center their agents are always busy on other lines or when they pick up they put me on mute or just hang up on me.I’ve sent them an email on the 10/08/18 but I never received any response to date.Spree’s customer service gets worse daily and they’re not doing anything about it.I can’t always be complaining to Hello Peter for my queries to get sorted out. Spree is failing it’s customers!

Zando surely does way better and this is definitely my last order from Spree.
