Why are you not unsubscribing me?

I unsubscribed for the Spree newsletter but they still keep coming. I sent two complaints but still the emails still keep coming. They sent me an email "How would you rate the support you received" but it only allows you to fill in the form if you know the name of the person who handled your complaint. There was no name on the cut-and-paste responses that I received. Please unsubscribe me! Your mails are now spam I am very happy with the service that I have received for orders, but you are alienating me now The reference numbers I was given were 936319 and 932435
