Weirdly this is both a compliment and a complaint

I placed an order with Spree for the very first time yesterday. My package arrived today and I have to give you props for very fast delivery and efficient service. The 2 dresses I ordered were the correct sizes, its just the 1 dress is very big around my bust area which is of course not a train smash that I can alter myself . However I am a bit dissappointed at the necklace I ordered. As soon as I opened the package to try it on the 1 flower petal broke of. I guess I shouldn't have expected much given the fact that it was only R49. I am not going through the hassle of returns, it doesn't make sense to do that for a R49 item. I would just like to express my dissapointment since I planned to wear it to an event. Overall my online shopping experience wasn't a bad one.
