Waiting nearly a month for my refund, no feedback

<p>I've returned items and never received my refund. I emailed and phoned, was told it will be paid the 13th, then received email to say my banking details was wrong. Hard to believe but I resend it the 14th. Phoned couple days later, just to hear it was paid on 13th. Definitely wasn't. Said they'll send through proof of payment, but never did. Phoned again, said will send through to accounts, been a week again and no feedback or refund. On app it shows return complete! What else do you want me to do to get my money back?
