Waiting for refund for 3 and half weeks
This is the 1st time ive purchased from Spree and I cant say I will do it again. I purchased items on 14 April and they arrived a week later. The shoes didnt fit so I sent them back for a refund on Apr 21st. <br> That was 3 and a half weeks ago, when I emailed support yesterday they told me that they are struggling to verify my bank details. WHY WAS I not informed of this ages ago?? I sent them a return email and the bank details they have are correct, so I dont see what the issue is. <br> SO now what? I wait another 2 weeks?<br> I WANT MY REFUND, this is ridiculous. 3 and a half weeks for a refund!! MADNESS<br> I took something back to TAKEALOT on Monday this week and was refunded 48 hours later on Wednesday morning. <br> SERVICE PLEASE<br>
