Waiting for Refund for 2 weeks

<p>Return number: ********** 27-1.</p> <p>I returned these items to a clicks store exactly 2 weeks ago but have not received any update about my refund. I emailed twice to get a status update but all I got was an email saying the mail volumes are high and that I should expect an delay but no feedback at all on when I can expect the actual refund. I will never purchase from spree again, I have dealt with Zando and their returns process is way more speedy. </p>
