Waiting for Delivery

I have ordered a garment online from Spree, size was to big so needed to return garment and exchange for a smaller size, i have logged the return order on the 20th of Nov, today will be the 30 th and i still did not receive my parcel, i also have to phone everyday for a follow up as it seems my parcel is in the warehouse and nothing is happening there, i also have send 2 emails, no response even via fb, it seems that my complaint is falling onto deaf ears.

I am really concerned if i will be getting my parcel before the end of 2017. I have also continuously asked en pleaded that the dress is for a special occasion, if i knew it would be such a problem i would have shopped somewhere else.
