waiting for a refund

I purchased a bomber jacket from Spree, using their app. I ordered an extra small, when the item arrived it was a medium. i informed them about this. They arranged for the jacet to be collected in order to exchange it. I bought this jacket on the 24TH of October. I have been waiting until, i phoned last week for a refund. They refunded me for another blouse which i returned to them as well, but the bomber jacket has no been refunded for. According to their record they said a refund was doneon the 9TH of November. The amount which was deposited on my account was R233.00, which was for the blouse. The jacket costed R466.00, so where is that refund. It takes them days to respond to an email. I even phoned them this week again, a lady promised my query will be resolved. It will be a month next week, since i made a purchase, and waiting for my refund. Very dissapointed with their service.
