Very unhappy about the delivery & customer service

Today I was expecting my package from Spree, I was not at home but my mother & grandmother were both at home to collect the goods for me. They are always at home & I told them to listen for a delivery as I am expecting a package. The delivery man came, hooted and left within 10 seconds of being there!! He did not pull into the drive way so it was hard to see if anyone was there & he did not give anyone time to get to him. My mother grabbed the gate key & ran outside as soon as she heard the hooter but he had already left!! I did not receive a phone call informing me of the delivery after him being at my house either so I couldn't even tell him there are people waiting to collect the package. I then phoned Spree to find out what was going on & to sort the matter out, the lady helping then said she would follow up with me which she never did! I had to phone back again after 4 hours to find out what was happening with my package only to be told that the delivery man had gone home already! VERY BAD SERVICE!! I have NEVER had this problem with Zando. This is my first & LAST time I will be using Spree. I will only use & recommend Zando to others from now on. I am VERY UNHAPPY!!
