very poor service from call centre

hi<br> since last year , what happened to the customer service at Spree.??..as a very good customer , I expect an on time service. instead your call centre people sounds like a irritating recording, they just refuse to go the extra mile to assist. they refuse to make the customer comfortable and the impression they give me is the that your customs are not important to you. they like robots who cannot think out the box. they never return your call either, cause they not allowed to<br> it sad, how the customer service has Deteriorated.<br> Spree you are letting your south African designers down.
