Very disappointing service..

<p>I placed a return request almost 2 weeks ago and my package has still not been collected.</p> <p>Someone came to collect it last week, however I received no communication that the request had been approved and that someone would be collecting it and therefore did not have the package with me, I then received an sms to say that the package would be collected yesterday and still no-one has come to collect it.</p> <p>This has been almost a 2 week process just to have things returned. I initially wanted to exchange the items for the correct size, however since you have taken so long to process my request the items are now sold out.</p> <p>In comparison to other online retailers, Spree is thus far worst experience I have had, which is very surprising . I am quite disappointed in the service. </p>
