Very bad service from Spree customer service

I bought a dress @ spree, had to return it, it took too weeks for their courier service to come and collect. I had to call just for the dress to be collected. Last week friday they collected the dress. Now it's time to get my refund they are sending me from pillar to post, call centre staff keeps putting me on hold for 20 mins at a time just to get clarity as to why I'm not getting my money back. I spoke to a guy yesterday he can be glad I don't remember his name just like the lady that I just spoke to now, my money was supposed to have been refunded back into my account today but nothing. I held for 20 mins just for her to ask the guy I spoke to yesteday, dropped called back, they answer the phone and keep quiet. I'm very disappointed at the customer service at Spree and will never recommend it to anyone cos their call center staff is unproffessional .
