Very bad service experiance.

This is in connection with my order ( ********** 09) and REF ( ********** ) which was placed on the 28th June 2018. The promise on your website is delivery within 24hours, I have been waiting for the order ever since, today is the 12 July 2018 and haven't received it, everyday when I call, the service ladies are telling me that its waiting approval, and another day I call again I get told that its approved. Today I requested my refund and was told that it will take between 2 to 5 days for it to be approved. When I request to speak to Supervisor or manager I'm told they are in a meeting. Ever since I made calls to spree the supervisors are in a meeting. I have lost trust in their service and request my refund to be done with immediate effect. The last person I spoke to was Faheem.
