Useless & wrong size

Useless. Ordered a size 4 boot for my daughter and received a 3. Called to tell them. Asked them to send a 4 when they collect the 3 and they said OK. Phoned again today and another lady said yes they will do this.

What happens next they send a courier to collect with out the new pair. Call again and they tell me they can't do what both these people have told me they will do?

To worried to send them back without them bringing a new pair due to all the bad reviews they get. Told them I will drive to them, they can check the boots and we can do the exchange.

Apparently this is not possible.
