Useless refund turn around time

Ive sent 6 emails and made numerous calls to find out when I will receive my refund which was due on 16.05.2018! What the fudge???????????No response. All I hear is: Ma'am, please respond with your banking details (which I do). Then all is forgotten until I have to phone again on a weekly basis to beg for my refund!
