Unsatiesfied with Spree Customer Service (no star from me)

<p>on the 25th of May Ive placed an order with Spree (order number ********** 52) but didnt pay because I wanted to change my delivery address from home to work address .Ive called Spree and there was no reply then sent an email to ********** same day requesting to be assisted with changing the address ,got no reply.I proceeded paying for the goods while waiting for them to respond to my email and sent proof of payment on the 26th of May.To date is still havent received the goods.I've called them, i dont remember the day I spoke to a lady who told me that my parcel is at Brakpan North Post Office and she promised that she will call them to find out what could be the challange but till to date I havent received any feed or an SMS stating that I must collect my parcel at Brakpan North.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spree I need my order or please give me my money back not avaucher please. </p>
