Unpaid refund for over 15 days
Order number ********** 52 was cancelled even though I had paid and sent proof of payment. I contacted them numerous times and they all said they had received my banking details and will process refund. At my own expense I contacted them again and was told that refund is with finance and will be processed.
To date refund has not been received nor a status update, I guess they are waiting for me to contact them at my own expense again.
I'm sooo over Spree and will NEVER use them again. Thank God they now have competitors such as Zando and Superbalist.... Goodbye Spree
