UNHAPPY WITH AN ORDER

I ordered a Leather bag from Spree on the 23.01.2015 for an amount R1199.00,.<br> <br> The bag was delivered within 4 days, and I was very happy and impressed about the service. <br> <br> When I open the box, the bag enclosed was not the Leather bag that I had ordered, or rather did not look like the pictured bag advertised on the website<br> <br> The following day I contacted Spree to return the bag and I was told that the driver/(Courier) would come and collect the bag within 7 working days.<br> <br> And that I would be refunded my money back into my bank account. <br> <br> I have been calling spree to enquire when a driver will come and collect the bag.<br> Its been three weeks now, and still waiting for them to collect .im not impressed, with the fact that i was informed the bag will be collected within 4-7working days and that time frame has passed.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed with the service im receiving as the call centre agents keeps informing me that the driver will come, i feel im being mislead or the is no transparancy on when the bag will be collected. Would i order anything from Spree again? SURELY I WILL NOT!!!
