Uncollected return
I have a parcel that i requested return from the 25 April to date it has not been collected. I am receiving sms's that my return will be collected the following day and the courier company keeps calling me that they will come over. I am very disappointed, i have done returns before however this is the first time i am going through this.. I have never had a bad service with Spree before. I thought shopping is supoosed to be easy with Spree. :-(
