Unbelievably bad experience

I ordered 4 items from [URL Removed] totalling about R1 100. About 4 to 5 days after I paid the money into their account, I received an email saying my parcel has been delivered. I went down to our office's mail room to find that there was nothing for me.<br> <br> I called Spree and they informed me that it was delivered and signed for by someone named Lesego. I work in a company with more than 3000 employees in the same building. I checked our global address book to find that there are 14 people named Lesego in our building. They were unable to give me Lesego's last name.<br> <br> They promised that the courier company would call to sort it out, but to date I have heard NOTHING from either Spree or the courier company.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and I will not give up until I am refunded the money for this purchase or have the parcel with the correct items in my possession. Once this issue is sorted out I will never do business with Spree again and I would discourage anyone else from doing so as well.
