Uacceptable Service

I ordered and paid for my items on monday 15 December and promptly got an email on the 17th stating that my items were out for delivery at 07:15 AM. I waited all day and even tried calling their call centre which just rings unattended which is really annoying because they claim that they have extra personnel for the festive season to deal with the high call volumes. When I checked the status of my items today (18 December) it says that they are closed for business. What really frustrated me is that they are virtually unreachable as they don't answer their calls or respond to my emails. This is far from the convenient shopping I was promised, I am deeply disappointed and will think twice before using their services again!! I paid with my hard earned money and demand better service!!!
