Two left feet

<p>I purchased two pairs of boots last week on Spree.co.za, and was so looking forward to them arriving yesterday (day 4), yesterday came and went... no boots. Today, (5 days later) my boots arrived. In anticipation to see my new purchase (Sam star ankle boots) I immediatly tried them on.... to my absolute shock and horror, the geniuses at Spree have packed two left boots. Are you actually kidding me??? Right, so that was a fail. Open the second pair of boots, a pair of black boots from Zando- another surprise, its a pair of Levi boots!!! </p> <p>Guys, youa re an online store, trust is the premise of your business. What happened today has broken my trust in not just Spree, but in Online shopping. I would hate to know whats going on behind the scenes if something so basic cannot be achieved. </p> <p>I have contacted spree and requested a refund. Lets hope they get this right. I'm actually not angry, im just so disappointed. You had ONE job!!!</p>
