Trouble with an exchange at Spree.co.za

<p>I recently ordered pants from Spree co.za and the delivery was swift... I commend them for that. However, the item was too big and I subsequently requested an exchange on Monday 6 June hoping for the same swift service as with the delivery. </p> <p>Spree.co.za acknowledged their receipt of my email request and informed me that someone would be in touch with me soon. One day passed with no one contacting me. Then I tried again on Tuesday... same result. And again on Wednesday... same result... no one contacted me. </p> <p>I then decided to phone the company. I followed the voice prompts and was told to wait on the line... I did so for almost 5 minutes without an answer! About an hour later the same thing happened. </p> <p>Like I said... I was very impressed by the initial delivery speed but the subsequent service regarding the exchange request is absolutely appalling! I don't know if I will ever shop there again. </p>
