too slow
<p>I have just placed an order ( ********** 45) on the 19th of December and have still not received my parcel!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed spree 3 times and received no response</p>

We note that your parcel was dispatched on the 19th, when you order has been placed.
The parcel is being processed by our courier carrier and you will receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection at the point you selected.
We have escalated this onto them in the meantime. Please also see our delivery time-frame on our website for the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
