This amounts to theft Spree and Media24!

Refusing to process a refund after they were unable to deliver a complete order. Twee weeks and numerous queries later, they don't even bother to respond to e-mails and when calling, the calls get cut off after the automated voice telling you that the operators are busy and to please hold. They seem to have difficulty with the concept of a credit card and refunding your credit card, except when it comes to making you pay, they are on the ball! Wake up Media24 and Spree, this is theft!
