So I returned a item to spree, accidently there was a dress in the box that did not belong to them.

After realizing this I immediately called them and they said they have the item and I cannot collect I have to eft R100 and they will deliver it and return my item.

3 weeks have passed and I have hear nothing from them, there number no longer works ( line just dies or an automated voice message plays then the line dies. there is no response to my emails either.

They took my money, they took something that does not belong to them this is theft and if I receive no response I will contact the ombudsman, I will go to the policy and I will do what ever it takes to make the world know that spree is a bunch of *****s
